At Copenhagen Cycling Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
